Users can post only up to 140 characters maximum. With this, you can do short, catchy and unique tweets or add mysterious one-liners that would attract visitors to go visit your website. The limited 140 character creates room for creativity and out of the box thinking.  Through Twitter, you can talk to your clients directly, tweet company news, post links to press releases and offer limited coupons and discounts. This is a good way to introduce your company, attract potential clients and market your products without boring them.

On the other hand, if you don’t want to actively participate, you can use Twitter as a means of understanding and analyzing your competitors and the market. Through it, you can see the latest happenings, fashions and trends. Most importantly, you can get ideas and suggestions on how to improve your company.
